With COD POS, you can put a transaction on hold pending when the customer is ready to make payment. This feature allows you handle multiple transactions wthout losing time or already entered data.
To use this feature:
- Tap the menu icon, scroll to New sale or from the dashboard, tap sell on the bottom of the page and choose the item to sell.
- On the preview page, you will see the button to hold a sale.
- To view all pending sales, go to the dashboard and at the bottom of the page tap the pending sale icon with a red counter.
- You can view the details of each transaction, delete or save as it is needed.
