Unable to Run App In Windows

Having trouble running the COD POS desktop app on Windows? Try these steps:

  1. Check Visual C++ Redistributables
    Make sure the required Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables are installed correctly for your version of Windows.

  2. Verify Windows Security Settings
    If the app was working before but suddenly stopped, Windows Security or your antivirus may be blocking it. Check if the app has been flagged or quarantined.

  3. Test with a Different User Account
    The issue might be related to user permissions. Try creating a new Windows user account.
    Once done, pin the COD POS app to your taskbar, then hold Shift + right-click the icon and select "Run as different user". Use the new account credentials.
