Device Not Connecting To Printer

If your device isn't connecting to your bluetooth printer, follow the steps below to fix it:

  1. First check to see if your printer is paired to the device via bluetooth.
  2. Check if your device's location and bluetooth are turned on.
  3. Connect your printer to the app by going to Printing Settings on the printing page, tap on the drop down menu find and select your printer name and tap the Connect button. 

NB: If the printer name is not showing up on the on the drop down list, press the Refresh button and check again.

If the printer is still not connecting to your device, try steps 2 and 3 again.
