Let me say this out loud: Not every business owner has ad money every week or month. Some days, business can be slow and you will be thinking of how to restock, pay staff, save money for rent and still save small something for rainy days. So when people shout run ads! run ads, it can be frustrating.

But here’s the good news: You can still get customers without ads. And many businesses are already doing it, they just don’t know it.

Talk to the Customers You Already Have: This one sounds simple, but many people ignore it.

Have you called or messaged them lately? A simple, “hello, good afternoon, just checking in or how are you doing? Just wanted you to know that we just got new stock", can bring money faster than ads. Because your old customers trust you, they already know your price, they don’t need convincing too much. Sometimes, your next sale is already on your phone.
